Riggs CATDescription:The Rental Branch Manager is responsible for driving customer focus and business decisions for the Rental Department. This position is expected to motivate and proactively assist the rental team in meeting and exceeding their equipment rental sales revenue and profitability goals.WHAT YOU'LL DOObtain Business Plan Profit after Direct (PAD) for rental location.Maintain store fleet utilization as well as financial utilizationDevelop and monitor plansactivities to minimize slow rental assetsInspect weekly rental equipmentAssess and invoice all rental damage within Corporate guidelinesMaintain a rentable fleet while managing rental maintenance expenseEnsure team members are following all Riggs Safety procedures, as well as informing customers of proper safety usageResponsible for all assets and their movement inout of the branchCoordinate rental activities with various Riggs departments to ensure customer rental needs are metCollaborate with all sales and service channels to ensure all areas can win in the marketEnsure performance standards are met within the team and RiggsReview monthly operating statements and reports and develop ideas to increase the salesrental channelRequirements:Bachelor's degree or 4 or more years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experienceKnowledge of statistical methodologies, techniques, and data analysisBusiness awareness and numerical ability2-4 years rental management andor rental market experienceAbility to coach, lead, and delegate the rental team members at your storeIntermediate knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and other database systemsFluent in using a CRM system as well as a rental management systemExperience using DBS and iRent is a plusIMPORTANT INFORMATIONWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk or hear.
