Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks and projects as required. A Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations. Responsibilities: + Responsible for the maintenance of any buildings on the grounds of Heritage Ministries such as power, water and electrical systems. + Responsible for the general appearance of buildings and grounds. May have to work outside around plants such as poison ivy, sumac, and oak. + Monitors buildings for resident, employee, and visitor safety. Must notify supervisor of any potential problem. + May be responsible to respond to emergencies and must take appropriate action in the case of maintenance emergencies. + Repairs and maintains equipment when needed. Assists with regular preventative maintenance on all equipment.
