What to expect: Martin Marietta is seeking a Plant Manager I to join our team. This individual will be responsible for safely and efficiently leading and managing all safety efforts at the plant as well as planning, pit development, quality control, customer service and maintenance functions in a quarry environment. Objectives include asset protection, financial planning, budgeting, cost control, personnel and community relations. Additionally, ensure compliance with company mandated safety and environmental policies, programs and guidelines, while providing strong leadership, training, team building and supervision.
