The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a passion for innovation, strong organizational skills, and the ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams. Responsibilities:?Strategic & Financial Leadership: Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive growth within the Technical Services department, contributing to the development of company financial goals and ensuring alignment including revenue growth, profitability, and cost control.?Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the Technical Services managers and team members to consistently deliver on key business metrics, ensuring high performance while fostering a culture aligned with the company's values.?Operational Excellence: Identify and implement improvements in quality, efficiency, productivity, and cost management to enhance profitability and maintain the highest quality control standards.?Resource Management: Anticipate and manage personnel and technical resource needs for both short- and long-term projects, aligning resources with operational goals and ensuring timely recruitment of top talent.?Business Development: Drive business growth by cultivating existing relationships, seeking new opportunities, and supporting company-wide business development strategies.?Process & Training: Develop clear, efficient processes and training programs to support team growth, operational success, and the long-term development of team members through mentorship and career pathways.?Workload & Client Success: Manage team workloads, anticipate future demands, prioritize tasks, and ensure client satisfaction through effective KPIs and metrics that enhance service quality.?Collaboration & Communication: Promote cross-functional teamwork and engagement through consistent communication across departments.?Project Oversight: Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest standards of technical excellence through thorough oversight and technical reviews.?Values-Driven Leadership: Uphold the company's core values in all interactions with internal teams and external partners acting as a role model in value-driven behavior.
