The Sr. Operations Manager oversees all manufacturing and warehouse operations to achieve production and warehouse requirements, while ensuring that operations comply with all quality, safety and environmental regulations. This role provides leadership and support to all production and warehouse personnel in both the Lewes and Seaford locations.•Ensures all product produced (intermediates or finished product) are manufactured and stored according to established SOPs and cGMP requirements.•Identifies, develops and implements processes and efficiency improvements within production including troubleshooting problems.•Coordinates inventory management with Supply Chain and manages packaging inventory based on production schedule in addition to collaborating with Supply Chain & Commercial groups to identify and resolve supply/inventory issues.•Collaborates with the Quality group to resolve product quality and cGMP compliance issues, including timely resolution of investigations holding disposition of quarantined products.•Creates and maintains an environment that is conducive to retaining employees through effective planning, communication and training for all employees within department.Qualifications•Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering•7+ years of manufacturing process experience in a regulated environment, preferably within a cGMP pharma sector•Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail•Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)•Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment•Ability to learn/adapt quickly to new situations•Good math skills•Ability to travel between Lewes and Seaford sites, as needed.Benefits•Health, dental and vision plans•401k plan with 100% company match up to 5%•And more!
