We are seeking a Supervisor of Intensive Special Programs!Hocking, Vinton, Meigs, Jackson, & Gallia Counties, OHJoin our team!Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. All of our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual.The supervisor of Intensive Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) accomplishes ISBH objectives by supervising IHBT Therapists, organizing resources, and monitoring work processes related to the organization's intensive service offerings. The supervisor will work in close collaboration with the manager of intensive special programs, OhioRISE, Center of Excellence Case Western Reserve University, other IHBT supervisors, human resources, and in alignment with the behavioral health performance team.Independent licensure as a Counselor (LPCC) or Social Worker (LISW) is required.The annual salary range for this position is $66,174.73 to $79,175.95 based on experience.Essential Functions:Supervises a team of 8 IHBT therapists across a multi-county area consisting of Hocking, Vinton, Meigs, Jackson, and Gallia Counties.Responsible for fidelity tracking and client engagement for certification through Case Western Reserve University's Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health Center of Excellence.Provides direct oversight over each IHBT therapist, including approving time off and completing yearly employee evaluations.Promotes available programs and services in local communities and aims to increase enrollment and utilization.Develops and maintains working relationships with partner agencies and community stakeholders in communities served.Oversees cases focusing on the acuity of need to prioritize clients based on the intensity of service.Assures team productivity standards are met.Reviews and monitors clinical documentation in the electronic health records for appropriateness and compliance.Facilitates programming for members both on-site and in the community.Provides coverage of direct clinical and other behavioral health services as needed when assigned IHBT therapist is out of office.Tracks participant demographics and other relevant data.Assists with interviewing new IHBT therapists and onboarding them.Performs other duties as assigned by the manager of intensive special programs.Minimum Qualifications:Master's degree in social work or counseling required.Must meet requirements for independent licensure as defined by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage & Family Therapist Board.2+ years of experience delivering or overseeing an IHBT/MST/FFT team.Experience working in the behavioral health field and/or working with multi-system youth and families required.Experience with wraparound services.Previous supervisory experience required.Broad knowledge of community service systems.Commitment to a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace required.Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Experience working within Electronic Health Record systems.Must be able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.Travel requirement up to 75% of the time throughout the multi-county area.Licensed and able to operate a motor vehicle with the appropriate level of insurance coverage.Enjoy a great work environment with an excellent salary, generous paid time off, and a strong benefits package!Benefits include:MedicalVisionShort-term DisabilityLong-term Disability401K w/ Employer MatchEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) provides support and resources to help you, and your family, with a range of issues, including:- Managing stress, anxiety and depression- Improving relationships at home or work- Getting guidance on legal and financial concerns- Coping with occupational stress and burnout supportOUR VISIONHealthy people.
