Customer Relations Specialist - TechnicalReady to be the hero of the day? As our Customer Relations Technical Specialist, you'll be the go-to problem solver for customers, technicians, and partners. You'll troubleshoot issues, coordinate orders, and even make sure our legendary fryers stay legendary. From handling international invoices to training partners on tech service, you'll be the human embodiment of "we've got this!"What will I really be doing?Answer calls and emails like a customer service ninja"”give"˜em what they need, fast.Troubleshoot technical issues like a pro"”because "turn it off and on" only works so many times.Handle warranty dispatches and follow-up calls, making sure everyone's happy (or at least not hangry).Process invoices, orders, and shipping"”both local and global. International superstar? That's you.Teach the world about our products through manuals, training, and occasional tech wizardry.Jump in to help keep Winston running like a well-oiled (or well-fried) machine, and even support the team after hours.Be a go-to person, connecting with our customers, partners, sales team, and internal squads to deliver top-notch support.Be the unsung hero that keeps things running smoothly!Qualifications:You can troubleshoot like Sherlock Holmes (if he had a thing for foodservice equipment).Communication skills that would make your English teacher proud. Bonus points if you can do it in more than one language.Prioritizing, multi-tasking, and meeting deadlines? No problem. You thrive in the chaos.You're a self-starter with a "let's get this done" attitude, plus you actually like people.You know your way around computers, databases, and all things Microsoft Office Pro.Got mechanical and electrical know-how? Experience with call centers and ticketing systems? Huge bonus points!Education? High School diploma or better.Work experience? 5+ years of getting stuff done.Schedule:Hours: 8 AM-5 PM Eastern, Monday to Friday (because even heroes need weekends).
