Manages Clients and Field Supervisors of assigned projects. Completes Scheduling, Project Forecasting, and Progress Reporting. Communicates progress to all stakeholders, partners, and managers. Prepares pay estimates and follows through until payment is received. Conducts site visits to verify safety, quality, and production are up to standards. Attends weekly progress meetings. Reviews Contract Documents. Prepares and tracks project submittals. Job Qualifications: 5+ years of construction experience. 3+ years of managing experience. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Construction Project Management Software or HCSS Software is a plus. GPS and Drone skills are a plus. Estimating understanding is a plus.
