We value optimism, compassion and teamwork, and above all, are united by our shared commitment to put patients first.Role SummaryOur Patient Navigators partner with our Care Team in helping our patients grow their families! Our Patient Navigators work hand-in-hand with our nursing team to provide our patients with the information they need to approach their treatment cycle with confidence. They simplify an often difficult and confusing process to ensure a seamless transition to the nursing team for cycle management.Some day-to-day job duties include:Generate journey maps and calendars based on treatments plansFacilitate, track and document completion of tests and diagnostic proceduresDevelop trust and positive rapport with all new patientsExplain complex medical process and terms in a digestible mangerMonitor patient compliance and readiness for treatmentScheduling appointmentsEducation, Licenses, CertificationsOur ideal candidate has a Bachelors degree, a passion for women's health and has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Employment TypeThis is a full-time non-exempt onsite position that requires early hours, rotational weekends and holidays.CompensationThe salary range for this role is $25-$29/hr.
