Join us and help Take Us There. The Role As a Quant Researcher in Fixed Income Pricing, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing our award-winning pricing product, CP+. Leveraging MarketAxess' proprietary platform data and your expertise in programming and machine learning, you will create robust pricing data solutions that empower our clients' decision-making processes. You will analyze corporate bond market activity and market micro-structure to innovate upon and maintain CP+. Your contributions will span both long-term strategic projects and immediate impact initiatives, all with the aim of making the fixed income trading landscape more efficient, transparent, and competitive. Will you Take Us There? How You'll Help Take Us There Drive innovation and continuous enhancement of our award-winning pricing product, CP+. Provide analysis and insight on bond market activity and market micro-structure. Take ownership of existing research models and reports and develop new ones. Collaborate closely with global product and development teams to enrich data-driven trading solutions. What We're Looking for Proficiency in programming languages and tools commonly used for quantitative analysis and data manipulation, such as R, Python, and SQL. 4+ years of experience as a quantitative researcher in Fixed Income markets. Deep understanding of fixed income market dynamics and ability to apply quantitative techniques to solve real-world trading problems. High Interest in quantitative research and pricing models. Experience applying advanced Machine Learning and AI techniques (Deep Learning, Tree based models, Reinforcement Learning). Undergraduate or Masters' Degree in a quantitative field (science, engineering, mathematics, or statistics is preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly analytical, flexible, and creative problem solver. Well-organized, team-oriented, intellectually curious, and proactive. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. You may also be eligible for annual cash incentives, equity, and other benefit programs.
