Japanese Bilingual Project Leader - Help Desk TeamWe are seeking a Project Leader for our Help Desk Team in NY.Client: Japanese IT companyWorking Location: NY 10017Salary Range: $58,500 - $75,000 per year (DOE) + Full Benefits / 401KKey Responsibilities:Provide advice and assistance to the help desk team as a leader.Provide end-user support by email, phone, or in-person onsite.Set up and troubleshoot business software and hardware.Process assigned service requests as operational support.Participate in regional and global IT projects.The right candidate will possess:More than 5 years of experience with user support and small team lead experience (up to five members).Windows-based LAN/WAN/Remote Access support experience.Extensive knowledge of various business software: Windows OS, Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, WebEx.Managing and troubleshooting experience with iOS-based devices, Conference System, MS Surface, and HOP laptops.Customer-focused, detail-oriented, with good communication skills with users of various levels of IT experience.A mindset and skills to improve the IT environment and processes.Ability to visit customers' sites and data centers occasionally.Willingness to travel for business within the continental United States and South America (1-2 times per year).Skills & Qualifications:Strong analytical skills for requirements analysis and troubleshooting.Great team leader, fast learner, and self-starter who can manage multiple tasks based on priority.Ability to act proactively, with minimal supervision.Strong English and Japanese communication skills, both written and verbal, to support clients, report to upper management, and effectively work with the team.Spanish communication skills are a plus.ITIL Foundation, Microsoft, or other related IT vendor certifications.Additional Questions:Do you have any experience with user support and small team lead (up to five members)?
