These advanced-practice registered nurses (APRN) work in a variety of settings on Air Force bases all over the world ensuring everyone has access to the wellness, prevention and treatment they need.REQUIREMENTSYou must meet several requirements before joining the Air Force. These concern your background, overall health and other standards set by the Air Force, Department of Defense and federal law.Minimum EducationMaster of Science in Nursing (MSN) Qualifications
Minimum six months full-time nursing practice in the APRN specialty is required
At least 12 months experience as a registered nurse
Completion of Officer Training School training course
Must be between the ages of 18 and have not reached your 47th birthday
