With our strong reputation for family values and operational ethics, we are eager to add more team members who want to grow with us.At Gills Point S/Budget Tire, our Digital Sales Advisors are responsible for online sales, packing, and transfer of tires for shipping or delivery. They play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of various types of vehicles by providing expert services via their sales efforts. This position involves the management of our online ordering system, and picking and loading tires onto FedEx trailer or company box truck. This position also makes local tire deliveries to our area service centers.RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:Ability to work with computers, the internet, and ordering systemsPicking and loading tires on FedEx trailerAbility to operate box truck for local deliveriesAdhering to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuriesREQUIREMENTS:High School Diploma or EquivalentPrior experience in a packing/shipping roleValid driver's license and acceptable driving record requiredPhysical Fitness: Ability to lift objects up to 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasksTechnical Proficiency: Has an understanding of basic computer programs, including the Microsoft Suite of programs, and understanding internet sites and orderingAttention to Detail: Have a dedication to accuracy, precision, and diligence when handling tasks or working with customersCustomer Service Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical aspects in an understandable mannerProblem-Solving Abilities: Aptitude for diagnosing issues and determining the best course of action for order issuesTeamwork: Ability to work well in a team, contributing to a cooperative work environmentWe offer:Paid time offStable working hoursExcellent training - with opportunities for training and career advancementMedical, dental, vision, LTD, STD, Life Insurance, and Accidental Benefits available after 60 daysCompetitive wages401(k) savings plan with company match #J-18808-Ljbffr
