Electronics Technician II

Overview: Assemble the most innovative high-speed imaging systems in the marketplace! As an IDT Electronics Technician II, you will work with next-level high-speed imaging technology for implementation at customer sites all over the globe.Essential Duties:Assemble high-speed cameras, sub-assemblies and accessories including small electrical/mechanical parts.Construct hubs, docks, controllers, power supplies, batteries, and lights.Build and test cable assemblies.Repair electronic assemblies.Special Knowledge/Technology Skills:Ability to read schematics and follow directions for assembling IDT products.Skills in modifying/repairing products and camera sub-assemblies, including soldering small components (SMD-0201 size) to PCBAs.Proficiency in using microscopes, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators.Minimum Qualifications:One-year certificate from a college or technical school, or three years of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience as an electronics technician.Experience in soldering small components and wiring cables.Basic computer skills, including installing software drivers.Pay Scale: $30 - $35 per hour + benefitsApplication: For more information and to apply, please email your resumé to Nataliya Rytova at IDT Operations: nrytova@.IndustryManufacturing, CamerasEmployment TypeFull-time
