Marketing/Content Creation Manager

HeroHub is looking for a creative and driven Marketing/Content Creation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing professional, high-quality content to enhance our online training courses for Powersports dealerships, boost our social media presence, support email marketing campaigns, and foster industry relations and public relations initiatives.ResponsibilitiesUse AI tools to generate scripts and create professional video content for training courses.Design and develop engaging content to promote courses on social media platforms.Create compelling email marketing content to drive engagement and enrollment in training courses.Collaborate with the curriculum development team to align course content with marketing strategies.Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and improve brand visibility.Develop PR strategies and materials to enhance the company's reputation within the Powersports industry.Upload and manage content within our Learning Management System (LMS).RequirementsStrong creative and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.Experience with AI tools for content creation and video generation.Familiarity with social media marketing, email marketing, and content strategies.Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in podcast editing and production is a plus.Experience in video editing and post-production workflows.Previous experience in marketing, content creation, or video production is a plus.What We OfferFlexible schedule (15-25 hours per week).Competitive pay at $15/hour.The opportunity to innovate and contribute to impactful training, marketing, and PR efforts for Powersports dealerships.
