Summer 2025 Human Resources Intern

Internship Primary Duties / Responsibilities:Assist in the creation and implementation of programs and initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Organize and participate in employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.Gather employee feedback and help develop strategies to enhance overall employee satisfaction and morale.Support the recruitment process by taking time to understand our business and revamp our interview processes.Prepare reports and presentations to share findings with the HR team and leadership.Assist in conducting safety audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.Help maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety and compliance matters.Support the development and implementation of training programs to promote a safe and compliant work environment.The qualified candidate will be enrolled in an undergraduate program and will be a sophomore, junior or senior in the fall of 2025 with a degree focus in Human Resources or Business.An Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
