Description:We are seeking for an experienced Office Manager that is flexible, nimble, and open to a challenge to join our team. The Office Manager will work under the direction of the Strategic Initiative Manager and Staff Physician Lead in providing management and leadership to our administrative team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 5-10 employees, depending on coverage needs. There may be instances where the Office Manager will be managing or providing coverage for more than 1 practice at a time. Job ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage daily operations of medical practices and personnel, while maintaining a professional workplaceSupervise and lead office staffSchedule and coordinate patient appointments to optimize client satisfaction and facility efficiencyCreate and update patients' electronic health recordsRecord and update personal and financial informationOrder and manage medical and office suppliesDesign and implement office policies and proceduresOversee and manage all paperwork for patient care, medical compliance, and all levels of reporting Assist with CAIPA administration with population management initiativesEnsure positive collaboration between doctors, medical and office staff Supervise cleaning staff and coordinate maintenance activities when neededOrient, train, and mentor medical practice personnelArrange informational materials for patientsEnsure adherence to healthcare laws, rules, and regulationsMaintain total confidentiality of personal and financial dataCollaborate with the Clinical Documentation Improvement team and Billing team to manage and troubleshoot claims and documentation queriesWilling to travel Requirements:Essential SkillsClient Service Oriented (both internal and external)Demonstrated poise, tact, diplomacy, and good judgementDetailed oriented, excellent organizational abilitiesStrong Written and oral communication skillsAbility to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of organizationStrong interpersonal skills able to handle sensitive situations and confidential informationAbility to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-pace environmentTechnology competency with electronic software needed for roleProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and WordMinimum Qualifications Previous working experience as a Medical Office Manager for 1+ year(s)Fluent in Chinese MA in Healthcare Administration, Business, or similar relevant field preferredHands on experience with accounting and administrative operationsIn-depth knowledge of medical procedures, operations, and terminologyExcellent organizational and time-management skillsBenefitsHealth Benefits: Medical, Vision and Dental401k retirement planPaid Time OffSalary Range $60k-$72kPI930c2bbea1c8-26289-31649299
