If you have a passion for creating impactful digital strategies and are proficient in CRM tools, this role is perfect for you.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies through targeted campaigns, social media, and SEO practices.Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns using marketing tools to nurture leads and convert them into clients.Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute social media strategies on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to increase brand visibility and engagement.CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track campaigns, and optimize the sales funnel.Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, adjust strategies based on insights, and report on key metrics.Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and development teams to create cohesive campaigns that align with overall company goals.Marketing Automation: Implement marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and customer engagement.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Digital Marketer, Marketing Specialist, or similar role.Expertise in lead generation, email marketing, and social media marketing.Understanding of some CRM tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tags, etc.Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.Education:No special degree is required, but a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field would be prioritized.Salary & Benefits:Salary up to 40k BDT based on experience.Two yearly bonuses.Lunch Everyday [fully provided by office].Tea/Coffee Facilities.Friendly Environment.Yearly Salary increment based on performance.14 days of emergency/sick paid leave per year.Friday Off.2 Saturdays off each month [1st and last of the month].Last date of submission:12 October 2024Job Summary:Location: 3rd Floor, House 1101, Road 6/b, Avenue 7, Mirpur DOHSJob Type: Full-Time Office JobExperience: 1 Years +Working Hours: 11 AM - 07:30 PMWorking Days: Weekly: 6 days.
