As an Assistant Principal Fellow at New York City's top-performing K-12 charter network, you will be part of a team of professionals committed to teaching and preparing children to be self-assured thinkers and learners, capable of exploring and debating sophisticated ideas, and ready for college and whatever they set their sights on. We seek excellent lead teachers who have 2-3 years of experience and are excited to move into a leadership role in the 25-26 school year. You will join us as an Assistant Principal Fellow and be developed by some of the best educators in the country. In your first year, you will complete a teaching rotation while being paid at a junior leadership level. This first year of learning our school design will set you up to be a fully functioning assistant principal from the start of your second year.
