Essential Functions: • Record daily bank deposits. • Reconcile and record payments, fees and chargebacks for over 1,500 active customers distributed in 6 sales channels. • Review, post and manage a high number of daily web orders by downloading and preparing credit card, PayPal and After Pay statement reports, matching transactions, investigating, and recording missing transactions. • Process credit card payments and refunds for multiple sales channels as needed. • Process PayPal funds transfers monitor account balance maintaining records current and accurate. • Review, record and reconcile several retail & e-commerce account portals for payment information and chargebacks verification documents. • Respond to inquiries from order entry, client service, returns, account managers and customers providing information and preparing detailed documentation as needed. • Investigate and respond on a timely basis to merchant services disputes regarding chargebacks for web sales with supporting documents. • Review and finalize RMA's by generating and processing credit memos and refunds for returned/ replacement items. • Process shortage, price discrepancy, discounts, freight, uncollectible write off, merchandise exchange, duplicated transactions, and other adjustments. • Export bank and merchant statements periodically. • Record merchant fees and allocate between channels periodically. • Develop and generate reports and statements for internal and external requests. • Effectively communicate with customers via phone and email. • Perform bank reconciliations and other A/R account reconciliations. • Allocate expenses among the channels periodically. • Prepare reports and documentation to assist in audits. • Other responsibilities as needed by management. Skills/Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. • 2 years of experience in finance, accounting or accounts receivable. • Must have NetSuite experience. • Experience with Blue Onion a plus. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. • Must be detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Positive attitude, honesty and a team player. • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a sense of urgency.
